Shipping Information
FREE GROUND SHIPPING OFFER VALID ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75. Free ground shipping offered within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 (one) business day once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No Exceptions.

 

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery through private courier within 30 miles of our warehouse location. Simply choose Local Delivery as your shipping method when checking out. Please note: we do not offer local delivery during Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. For same day delivery, orders must be placed by 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) to be delivered by 6:00 PM ET. Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET will be delivered the next business day by 6:00 PM ET.
We charge a $5 Delivery Fee. Minimum order of $75.
If you live in an apartment building or a gated community you will need to provide us with accurate details on how to access your community, AND If no one will be present at the location, you will also need to specify direct instructions under "Delivery Instructions” at Checkout. 
If we are not able to delivery due to inaccurate information such as wrong address, denied access to property, etc., the courier will text the customer and wait 5 minutes before returning the items to the warehouse. Customer will not be credited for the delivery fee and additional charges may apply.

Shipping a returned item
To return your product, you should email us at sales@mcristals.com for instructions and read our Return Policy before shipping.
In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
